Netease Sports reported on October 1:
LeBron is playing this year’s finals in Orlando’s semi-finals, and off the court, he recently spent a huge sum of US$36.75 million to buy a building.
The transaction was completed on Wednesday, local time, and the luxury house LeBron bought is located in the famous Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, the most famous local luxury estate lot.
The former hostess of the mansion was Lee Bell, known as the "Queen of Soap Opera". She died at the beginning of this year, leaving behind this 2.5-acre (approximately 10,115 square meters) house. The previous listing price was $39 million.
LeBron previously owned two mansions in Brentwood, located in the greater Los Angeles area, and now he has invested heavily in purchasing his third property here.
This new mansion has a superb view, overlooking the beauty of Los Angeles, where the owner's floor reaches 9,100 square feet (about 845 square meters), and there are two guest rooms. There are swimming pools, tennis courts, motorcycle fields, fountains and other luxurious facilities.
And LeBron is not bad at all. His salary this season is 37.5 million US dollars, and his endorsement income in 2019 reached 53 million US dollars, which is not even the income from some of his investments.
